It comes with a sun shade, soft SmallHD case for monitor, 4 batteries, and charger. See pictures for condition. This is my favorite monitor i've ever used. This monitor is used with minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect the function.

The monitor has a small pressure spot on the screen that is barely visible only dark.
