I used it exclusively with GB scary but also works CV composite video and component. Whats included: 1 x power cord bnc to scary adapter 3.5mm rca stereo audio cable con mono, I provided good pictures and a video showing that does work. The bnc to scary adapter is what I used and it takes GB audio from the end passes sound out via 3.5mm plug video sync plugs, As mentioned its in good shape, just dont need no more. I tested this with my sens AFC using a GB scary connector via the adapter that's included.
